Anxiety manifests as an overwhelming urge to control things that we can’t. It’s a response to fear that creates physiological urges provoking you to pull back from perceived danger. For most people anxiety is a normal and relatable response to something unfamiliar, or about which much uncertainty exists, but the fact that it’s normal doesn’t mean that it’s the right response. Dispelling anxiety and the fear that accompanies it will increase your ability to overcome it.
