You'll increase your emotional intelligence and have better relationships, you'll become more productive and effective, and learn how to discover and fully harness your talents and gifts.
Paths are self-paced, meaning you can complete them on your own timeline, at whatever speed feels right to you. Our suggestion is to plan on spending about 6 months working through this material.

Resilience
In this course, Dr. Henry Cloud defines what it means to be resilient when you’re faced with pain and hardship in your life. Why is it that some people can thrive after going through a difficult time, yet others continue to go through life feeling defeated? Dr. Cloud will discuss what it takes for someone to change their mindset to see that the light at the end of the tunnel is a way out, not a train headed their way.

Vision
A vision is simple. The word vision conjures images of this monolithic idea, but what it actually is incredibly approachable. A vision is a desired future state. That desired future state is the single element that ignites the spark to help you figure out how to get from here to there, and what it’s going to take to make that happen.

Juliet Funt is a very smart friend of mine with a radical yet simple idea about how to give anyone more time and energy. We partnered with her to create a mini-course called WhiteSpace, which is based on the techniques that she uses in her work as a consultant with large and small organizations. Anxiety
What do you think about when you hear “anxiety”? Most people would think it is something to be avoided as it is usually an unpleasant feeling. However, anxiety is a part of our everyday lives to some degree or another. Anxiety enters when we begin to feel overwhelmed and under-resourced by some aspect of life. Though we most often think of it as something negative, there can be some positive benefits to it as well. In this course, Dr. Henry Cloud helps give you a deeper understanding of anxiety, its causes and what you can do to help yourself.

Imposter Syndrome
When we talk about imposter syndrome, there’s a disconnect between what the outside world is seeing and how we feel about ourselves on the inside, and that disconnect comes from an internal dialogue that projects shame and anxiety. But when we get trapped in negative, automatic thoughts that pollute our minds, we can embrace the process and overcome the patterns that make us feel stuck.
