What's the easiest and fastest way to reach a team member at Boundaries.Me?

What will I learn from Boundaries.Me?
Boundaries.Me offers more than 60 hours (and growing!) of video and audio courses that are designed to empower you to set healthy boundaries in your relationships. You'll learn how to recognize toxic behaviors in unsafe people, such as gaslighting, narcissism, entitlement, manipulation and control. You'll be equipped with the right tools to say no, silence the chaos and live the life of freedom you were created to have!

Am I locked into a contract?
No! You can cancel your Boundaries.Me subscription at anytime!
How do I log into my account?
Go to boundaries.me/login and enter the email address and password you signed up with to access your content. You may want to bookmark that page for easier access.
What if I forgot or need to reset my password?
Go to boundaries.me/login and click on “Forgot Password” under the Email and Password login boxes and follow the steps to reset your password.
How do I access my content once logged in?
When you log in, you will see what’s available to you under “My Courses.” Click on the course you want to view, and enjoy the various modules and content! You may also click at any time on your avatar button (the circle of the shadow head), then “My Library.”

How can I update settings on my account? (Email address, name, password, avatar picture, payment info, time zone, etc.?)
Click on your avatar icon (circle of a shadowed head, or your picture if you’ve uploaded one), and then Settings.
On this page, you can change your email address, name, password, avatar picture and time zone. You may also update your email preferences.
If you need to update payment information, click where it says “Payment Info” in the top right, and you’ll see the option to update your payment information.
How often will I have access to new content?
New content will be added throughout each month. New content is released on Fridays.
How would you suggest I use the Boundaries.me content to maximize its benefits?
As Henry suggests in his opening letter, we hope you’ll take full advantage of the workbooks and assessments, and their journal-oriented format. You can do this by downloading and printing the workbooks or by viewing them online and making notes yourself in a journal, on your phone or wherever you prefer to keep self-development notes. Digital assessments are also offered with many courses. We encourage you to check out the additional content in each module, as it is all relevant, hand-curated for each month’s topic and created to be easy-to-digest.

I'm having trouble getting Boundaries.Me to load on my phone/computer. What do I do?
Those using Safari or Internet Explorer are encouraged to download Google Chrome for the best user experience. This usually resolves most issues, but if you're having further trouble, please send a message with a screen shot to [email protected].
How can I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry you’re considering leaving Boundaries.me! If you must cancel, click on your avatar icon (circle of a shadowed head, or your picture if you’ve uploaded one), and then Settings.
When the Settings page pulls up, click where it says “Payment Info” in the top right, and you’ll see the option to remove your payment card and cancel your subscription by clicking on the red text, or by clicking the red “Cancel” button next to the Boundaries.me icon. If you choose to unsubscribe or cancel, please let us know why by sending a quick note to [email protected] We welcome your feedback.
What if I want a refund?
If you would like to a refund on your Boundaries.Me subscription, you may do so within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If you cancel your subscription but are not eligible for a refund, you'll retain access to the courses until your subscription expires.
If you purchased a subscription for longer than one month, and it automatically renews, you may cancel your renewal within 7 days of the renewal date to receive a full refund.
If you subscribed to Boundaries.Me with a free trial coupon, and you are charged after the free trial is over, you may receive a full refund within 7 days after you are charged.
