Stop Comparing Yourself to Others
Author, speaker and all around inspirational person Rachel Cruze and Dr. Henry Cloud have an in-depth conversation about what happens in our lives when we become preoccupied with comparing ourselves to other people, how to stop doing it and how we can craft a more meaningful life.

Imposter Syndrome
When we talk about imposter syndrome, there’s a disconnect between what the outside world is seeing and how we feel about ourselves on the inside, and that disconnect comes from an internal dialogue that projects shame and anxiety. But when we get trapped in negative, automatic thoughts that pollute our minds, we can embrace the process and overcome the patterns that make us feel stuck.

How to Say No
The ability to say 'No' is one of the foundational concepts of Boundaries. Whether you're a people pleaser or simply going with the flow, saying 'yes' when we want to say 'no' leads into all sorts of troublesome quandaries. In this course, Dr. Cloud will help you develop a strong, healthy, easy-to-understand No.

Addressing Your Spiritual Needs
All growth is spiritual growth. Christians are aware of their need to grow. Some come to this point because they possess a hunger and desire to know God and his ways better. Others are interested through a problem or crisis that has driven them to seek his paths. We believe that getting to know God more deeply, growing emotionally, and having better relationships are all matters of spiritual growth and our boundaries. God has designed a path of growth that leads us to him and his ways. As we learn to experience that path, we enter life, our whole life. Our life is not split into “physical life” and “spiritual life.” They work as a whole. This changes our entire existence, encompassing emotions, behavior, relationships, career and everything else in life.

Addressing Abuse and Harassment
It can't be said enough that a victim of abuse is never, ever at fault. A victim is a person who has, while in a helpless state, been injured by the exploitation of another. Some victimization is verbal, some is physical, some is sexual, and in many awful cases, all of the above. All of these forms of abuse cause extreme damage to the character structure of a person who may battle distortions in their emotional, spiritual or cognitive elements of their lives. In each instance, however, three factors remain constant: helplessness, injury, and exploitation. In this course, Dr. Henry Cloud is going to tell you about how boundaries become violated, what to do in these uncomfortable situations and how some abuse isn't always obvious.
