The birth of a child can send a mom into a spiral of powerful emotions, many of which may include anxiety or symptoms of depression. In this clip from The Dr. Cloud Show, Dr. Cloud talks to a parent of a 2-year-old who has another on the way. The mom says she’s struggling with getting past the fear that something bad is going to happen to her children.
Dr. Cloud responds with an effective exercise to help the mom sort her thoughts and have a better understanding of what she has control over.
